Continuous Value Delivery (CVD)

Our Continuous Value Delivery (CVD) program matches Nonprofits with pro-bono (free), high-quality consulting teams that can deliver strategic guidance and tactical project management support.  These teams offer the following services to help your nonprofit set and achieve your goals: 

• Strategic Guidance – engagement leads will help ensure you are targeting the right strategic objectives and have a clear road map of projects to get you there.  Not sure if your current strategy makes sense in a changing environment?  Love your strategy, but not sure how to implement it?  Need to reconsider your organization/board structure?  CVD Project Teams can provide valuable guidance.

• Tactical Project Management – once a clear road map is established, a project team will help coordinate and integrate your subject matter experts to begin completing initiatives along that road map (i.e., developing the project plan, schedule, implementing touch points to gauge progress).  Thinking about evaluating and selecting a new vendor/tool?  Considering implementing a new system?  Want to assess and streamline your processes?  CVD Project Teams can help you get it done.
