“PMDoS Goes International” Update!

PMDoS Global Kickoff Meeting on Friday, June 10!
PM4Change CEO Laura Barnard hosted the “PMDoS Goes Global” kickoff meeting on Friday, June 10 with 10 members of the PMDoS Collaboration Community from PMI NYC and other East Coast Chapters and PM4Change volunteers!  The meeting was recorded and will be posted shortly on the “members only” site for the PM organizations hosting PMDoS events.   We reviewed the Playbook, the “countdown schedule,” the various templates and example documents available on the member site, entertained Q&A, and discussed next steps.

Check Us Out at DC Area PMI Events!

PM4Change volunteers will be manning the table at many of the upcoming PMI Chapter events answering questions about PM4Change and PMDoS!  We’ll even have a laptop so you can sign up on the spot for the newsletter, to check out sponsor options, or sign up as a PM4Change volunteer!  See you there!

The New Project Management for
Change Coaching Program
will Kick-off

Stay tuned for more on this exciting breaking news!

PM4Change is accepting applications for volunteer PM coaches and indications of interest from nonprofits.

What is the PM4Change Coaching program?
This is a volunteer run pilot coaching program to support the PMDoS nonprofits by answering project management questions and providing support and resources to the nonprofits as they work on their projects.

Why are we doing this?
So, the nonprofit got their project scoped and a work plan created, but now what? We had two great PMDoS events in the DC area, but we want to have a greater impact than even our awesome single day event can create! Let’s help the nonprofits keep building their project management know how.

Volunteers sign up here to be a PM coach and/or to help us build out the program.

PMDoS nonprofits click here to sign up. We will answer your project management questions, point you to free resources, and help you keep your project(s) moving!

Additional information will be made available to those that sign up for the program.
