Information provided by you. The Website provides different places for users to provide information. We collect information that users provide by filling out forms on the Website, communicating with us via contact forms, responding to surveys and other activities. For instance, to receive your PM4Change emails, we require your email address. Similarly, to provide you with text messaging services, we need your phone number and your provider information. So that we may provide you with additional services, we may also request your name, geographical coordinates, and phone number.
