Let some 2015 PMDoS nonprofits answer that! Child and Family Network Centers tells us: The pro bono project management consultants were experienced and specialized in the areas that CFNC needed the most help. Working together hand in hand, CFNC staff and PMDoS volunteers were able to talk through a variety of solutions. CFNC staff are still in contact with one of the consultants they met via PMDoS, and that consultant has continued to help the nonprofit well past the 2015 event! This nonprofit organization in Alexandria, VA provides quality bilingual preschool and family support services -- free of charge -- to the working poor. Dreaming Out Loud, Inc. tells us: The project managers and marketing professionals we worked with put the groundwork in place so that today, Dreaming Out Loud has a comprehensive set of key messages ready to be implemented on our WordPress website. Dreaming Out Loud is a local nonprofit organization that reaches 40,000 people through community-centered farmer’s markets, helping provide access to fresh, local produce in communities impacted by “food deserts.” Working with local farmers, they have distributed more than 250,000 pounds of produce, hosted more than 1,400 people in healthy cooking demonstrations, and while building a stronger regional food system.
