IT IS HERE!  The NEW PM4Change WEBSITE  is Open for Business

Yes, the new website for Project Management for Change, the 5013c organization that hosts PMDoS, is up and running and open for business at http://www.pm4change.org/!  Bookmark it and check it frequently as “CHANGE” is our name, world-wide “CHANGE” is our game, and things are changing and happening ALL the time!

“PMDoS Goes International” Update!

Our Colleagues Down Under:
At the PMIQueensland May Dinner meeting, Chapter President Adrian Tyler spoke about their plans to host a TRULY amazing PMDoS event this November in celebration of International Project Management Day.  As they “streamed” this meeting, you can watch it here. Just go to minute 13. Adrian and a small team have registered with PM4C to use the PMDoS Playbook and work with us collaboratively as they learn how to change the world one project at a time!

Our Colleagues in The Big Apple:
We are signing up a team from the NYC Chapter to start working with the Playbook also!

PM4Change & PMDoS Volunteer Teams Forming

The 2016 kick-off volunteer team meeting was held on May 22 with lots of good food, enthusiasm, humor and truly egregiously-colored popsicles brought by the IT Team!?!

We dug into the planning process for both PM4C organization initiatives and, specifically, the PMDoS event. For those in attendance, they were able to self select the type of team and work that fit their interests and we wanted to provide the same opportunity to those who could not make the meeting.

If you are interested in volunteering to support our world changing efforts, please sign up!

The New Project Management for Change Coaching Program is starting!
PM4Change is accepting applications for volunteer PM coaches and indications of interest from nonprofits.

What is the PM4Change Coaching program?
This is a volunteer run pilot coaching program to support the PMDoS nonprofits by answering project management questions and providing support and resources to the nonprofits as they work on their projects.

Why are we doing this?
So, the nonprofit got their project scoped and a work plan created, but now what? We had two great PMDoS events in the DC area, but we want to have a greater impact than even our awesome single day event can create!

Volunteers sign up here to be a PM coach.

PMDoS nonprofits click here to sign up. We will answer your project management questions, point you to free resources, and help you keep your project(s) moving!

Additional information will be made available to those that sign up for the program.

Thank You To Our Next 3 PMDoS 2016 Sponsors: Proj

Leadership Academy, Protorae Law and Bruce Guthrie Photos!

Great raffle prizes, strong financial support, and memories for a lifetime are the types of things that make an event like PMDoS possible AND fun for the participants! These three sponsors came through like champs!
Project Leadership Academy generously provided a training raffle prize. Contact them today about their ability to translate soft skills into hard dollars!

Last, but not least, is Bruce Guthrie Photos! Bruce was everywhere

during the event and he truly captured the spirit and essence of PMDoS!  We are blessed to have thousands of wonderful memories at hand now and you can share in these memories and the fruits of his labours on our new PM4Change website and in all of our publications and media! You can also SEE for yourself how great his work is!

A Change is Coming!
Starting later this month this newsletter will be coming from our Project Management for Change email address (@PM4Change.org) as we make the final shift to focus on even more high-impact services to support raising the profile of the project management profession while bringing the power of Project Management to the nonprofit community
