Project Management Day of Service events for 2016 and 2017 are expanding as far north as New York City all the way down under to Australia…and we are just getting started! Project Management for Change has built a playbook to teach project management organizations how to create their own PMDoS. We are also gearing up to support a region-wide event on MLK 2017 as a part of our DC area PMDoS event. Stay tuned for more information!
What is the PM4Change Coaching program? This is a volunteer run coaching program to support the PMDoS nonprofits by answering project management questions and providing support and resources to the nonprofits as they work on their projects
Why are we doing this?
So, the nonprofit got their project scoped and a work plan created, but now what? We had two great PMDoS events in the DC area, but we want to have a greater impact than even our awesome single day event can create!
